The hollow microwave broadband absorber is made of flame-retardant and carbon black-impregnated temperature-resistant non-woven fabric as the base material. It is suitable for near-field, far-field and compact field microwave anechoic chambers. It has excellent broadband performance and good scattering and isolation attenuation performance. The operating frequency is 30 MHz to 110 GHz. It is widely used in environments with high power and high cleanliness requirements.

Physical Properties
● Evenly carbon-impregnated, strong carbon black adhesion, nocarbon powder shedding.
● The material is full and upright, with a uniform blue surface,no color difference, no cracks, no contaminants.
● Consistent material specifications, aesthetically pleasingappearance, waterproof and moisture-proof, no tip sagging,no deformation.
● Installation structure is firm with high strength; installationgenerally uses hanging method.
Flame Retardant Properties
● Excellent flame retardant performance, oxygen index>60%, classified as B1 flame retardant grade.
● Long-term operating temperature -50°C to +80°C, canreach 100~150°C for short durations.
● Meets national GB8624-2012 B1 grade fire protectionrequirements.
● Operating frequency: 30MHz-110GHz.
Absorption Performance
● The material thickness to wavelength ratio (d/N) affectsreflectivity; greater thickness results in lower reflectivity.
● When d/ is 0.5, 1, 2, and 6, the normal incidence reflectivity(Rw) can reach -25, -30, -40, and -50 dB respectively.
Environmental Properties
● Flame retardant uses inorganic raw materials; the materialis non-toxic, odorless, and releases no harmful gases.
● The material contains no heavy metals or halogens,complying with EU ROHS environmental requirements.
● The material does not generate dust.
● Formaldehyde emission content in interior wall coatingscomplies with the limit standards of GB/T18580-2017.
