After granulation, it is prepared into beadsusing carbon dioxide supercritical foaming technology, and then molded via compression molding. Physical Propertes
● Pyramidal shape, black, detachable for easy transportation.
● Water absorption rate is typically low, around 2%-5%. Maintains good performance in humid environments, not easily affected by moisture, suitable for various environmental conditions.
● Can be processed into different shapes and sizes through cuting, hot pressing, and other methods, offering high plasticity to adapt to various customized requirements.
● Installation method: Modular assembly, facilitating anechoic chamber relocation, disassembly, and material replacement.
● Operating temperature: -60°C to 70°C.
Flame Retardant Properties
● The material thickness to wavelength ratio (d/λ) affects reflectivity; greater thickness results in lower reflectivity. Increasing material thickness can effectively improve its absorption performance and reduce electromagnetic wave reflection.
● When d/λ is 0.5, 1, 2, and 6, the normal incidence reflectivity (Rw) can reach -25, -30, -40, and -50 dB respectively.
