Polyurethane foam (planar) microwave-absorbing material is lightweight and offers excellent performance. It is primarily utilized in radar compartments, within antenna systems, on turntables, and on test stands to absorb clutter and eliminate unwanted reflective interference; it serves as a broadband microwave-absorbing material. Operating frequency range: 0.8 GHz – 40 GHz.

Physical properties
● A multi-layer soft foam absorption plate that can be bent
Flame retardant property
● Excellent flame retardancy, with an oxygen index greater than 29% (as per GB/T 2406-2009)
● Flame retardant B2 grade (GB/T8624-2012)
Absorptive performance
● When the material thickness (L) is greater than the working wavelength (λ) by a factor of L/λ > 20.35, the reflectivity (R) for vertical incidence can reach -17 dB to -25 dB.
● When the incident angle is 60° and L/λ is 20.5, the reflectivity (R) is -15 dB; when L/λ ≥ 1, the reflectivity (R) is -20 dB.
● The lower the reflection loss, the better. The common range is ≤ -10db (with 80% or more absorption). High-quality products can reach -20db.
Environmental protection performance
● The flame retardant is made from inorganic materials. The product is non-toxic, odorless and does not release harmful gases.
● The material contains no heavy metals or halogens and complies with the EU ROHS environmental standards.
● The material does not generate dust.
● The formaldehyde emission content in the interior wall masterbatch complies with the limit standard of GB/T18580-2017.
